Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of order delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or stitched products
- Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit (depending on the case)
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
